GVS81 Media Pvt Ltd (“lyrcs.ai”, “we”, “us”) operates the lyrcs.ai website, studio, and API. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For questions or requests, write to support@lyrcs.ai.
Account information. Accounts on lyrcs.ai are created by us for you or your organization — there is no self-serve signup. We hold your name, email address, organization, and login credentials (passwords are managed by our authentication provider and never visible to us).
Audio you upload. Audio files you submit for transcription and alignment, along with file metadata (filename, size, a content fingerprint used to detect duplicate uploads, and the languages you select).
Generated outputs. Transcripts, transliterations, translations, and timing data produced from your audio.
Usage and technical data. Job history, API usage logs (endpoint, timestamps, response status), and error reports which may include your IP address and browser information. We use error reports solely to diagnose and fix problems.
Cookies. We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your audio or lyrics to train AI models.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), Google Cloud (AI transcription and temporary audio processing), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background job processing), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. Some of these providers store data outside India; by using the service you consent to this transfer.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of lyrcs.ai or others.
Your uploaded audio and generated outputs are retained while your account is active, so you can revisit and re-export past work. You can request deletion of specific files or your entire account at any time by writing to support@lyrcs.ai, and we will delete the data within 30 days. Usage logs and invoicing records are retained as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes.
If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to raise a grievance. Data is encrypted in transit. API keys are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service.
lyrcs.ai is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate, by email.
