This policy explains how delivery, cancellation, and refunds work for purchases made from GVS81 Media Pvt Ltd (“lyrcs.ai”, “we”, “us”). It applies to payments you make to us directly on this website. Where your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails wherever it conflicts with this policy.
lyrcs.ai is a digital service. We transcribe and align song lyrics and produce lyric videos and related outputs (LRC, SRT, word-level files, and rendered videos). Everything we deliver is digital — there is nothing physical to ship.
Outputs are delivered electronically — shown in your studio or artist page and made available to download over a secure link — as soon as processing finishes. Most songs complete within minutes; a job held for human review is delivered once it is approved. Because delivery is digital, no shipping address is required and there are no shipping charges.
You can cancel an order before we have started generating your video or output. Because generation begins promptly after payment, the window to cancel is usually short. To cancel, email support@lyrcs.ai with your order or payment reference as soon as possible; if generation has not yet begun, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
We want you to be charged only for what you actually receive. We will refund you in full in these cases:
Once a video or output has been generated and delivered, the service has been performed and the purchase is generally non-refundable — the computing work is spent at that point. If you believe a delivered output failed on quality or accuracy, contact us: we review these case by case and will re-run the work or offer a goodwill refund where it is warranted.
Email support@lyrcs.ai with your order or payment reference and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; how quickly the amount then appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment.
Where GST applies, it is shown as a separate line at checkout and added to the price. A refund of a purchase includes a refund of the tax charged on it.
Prepaid credits and volume plans purchased by organizations are governed by their agreement with us and by our Terms of Service; unless that agreement says otherwise, credits are non-refundable. This page governs one-off purchases you make on this website.
