These terms are an agreement between you and GVS81 Media Pvt Ltd (“lyrcs.ai”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the lyrcs.ai website, studio, and API. By using the service you accept these terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms wherever they conflict.
lyrcs.ai transcribes song lyrics from audio using AI, produces transliterations and translations, and aligns lyrics to the audio to generate timed outputs (LRC, SRT, and word-level formats). Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors; the studio provides tools for you to review and correct them. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially.
Accounts and API keys are issued by us. You are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under them. Notify us immediately at support@lyrcs.ai if you believe a key or account is compromised. We may suspend keys or accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or abused.
You must have the rights to what you upload. By uploading audio or submitting it via the API, you represent and warrant that you own the copyright in it, or are authorized by the rights holder, to submit it for transcription, alignment, and the generation of derived outputs.
You retain all ownership of your uploaded audio. You grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, and process it solely to provide the service to you. As between you and us, the outputs generated from your audio belong to you; your right to use them commercially remains subject to the rights you hold in the underlying musical work.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload in breach of this section.
You will not: upload content you lack rights to; use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit enforcement, or security measures; resell access to the service without our written agreement; or reverse engineer the service.
Use of the service consumes credits. Credits are provisioned under your agreement or invoice with us. Except where your agreement says otherwise, credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, and unused credits expire as set out in your agreement. We may change pricing for future credit purchases with notice.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, and we may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may request export of your data within 30 days.
The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated transcriptions, translations, and timings are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
